Reiki is a Japanese word that translates to “Universal Life Force Energy.” For me, that energy is none other than Divine Love Itself—the same unconditional love that sustains all of life.

The beauty of Reiki is that you don’t have to be spiritual to give or receive it. Anyone can benefit, because life-force energy flows through all of us, all the time.

In my practice, I invite the Angels to be present. Their love and guidance naturally flow alongside Reiki, creating a session that feels safe, deeply supportive, and infused with Divine Presence. Sometimes, the Angels also guide me to use drumming, dreamwork, or shamanic journeying to deepen the healing. Whatever the form, the foundation is always in a loving relationship with Spirit.

In traditional communities, shamans were recognized early in life as those with a natural connection to the unseen realms. They were trained in three main areas:

1. Spiritual Healing – working with spirit allies and energy to restore balance
2. Botanical Medicine – partnering with plants for physical and spiritual health
3. Divination – using tools to bring insight and guidance

As 11th Hour Shaman, I carry these same threads:

• Reiki Angel Healing is my way of practicing spiritual healing, channeling Divine Love, and working with Angels as some of my allies.
• Herbal medicine is part of my lineage, connecting me to Earth’s wisdom.
• Divination tools such as reflexology, hand analysis, Human Design, and Gene Keys offer clarity and soul guidance.

This is my healing room and table above, where you get to lie down and truly rest in loving care. Reiki is not a massage, so you'll be fully clothed - minus your shoes. Hand placements are typically very light, to no-touch or held above an area of the body.
