What Does "Shaman" Mean?
The word shaman originally comes from Siberian traditions and refers to a healer who works with both the physical and spiritual aspects of life.
Across cultures, there have always been people who served in this role - working with Spirit, plants, and intuitive guidance to help restore balance and self-empowerment.
Traditionally, this work includes 3 core areas:
• Spiritual bodywork (often referred to as energy healing)
• Herbal and plant-based medicine
• Intuitive or divinatory guidanceMy work weaves these traditions together to support healing in body, mind, heart, and spirit.
How I Can Support You
1:1 Shamanic Healing Session
60 minutes - $100
90 minutes - $150
In-person (Gilbert, AZ) or remote
Each session is intuitively guided and may include energy work (Reiki), light to moderate therapeutic touch, reflexology, and herbal insight - depending on what your body and nervous system are calling for.
