🌿 My Why: Why I Support People Through Grief, Trauma & Emotional Pain
I became a healer because no one was there to hold me when I was grieving.
Because I was silenced, shamed, drugged, and told my pain wasn't valid and was too much.
Because the places where I should have been safest became the places of deepest betrayal.
I lost my mother at 15.
I lost my voice much earlier.
And I’ve spent decades finding my way back — not just to healing, but to Wholeness.
I’ve walked through the fire of childhood abuse, sexual violence, emotional abandonment, spiritual crisis, and soul-level grief. I’ve been shut down, shut out, and told I was crazy — when all I really needed was to be witnessed, held, and loved in my pain.
There were no guides for me back then. So I became one.
Through dreams, spiritually transformative experiences, plant medicine, and years of sacred study, I found what was missing:
💔 A place where grief is not pathologized.
🌿 A path where the body, the soul, and Source are part of the healing.
✨ A way to release pain and reclaim purpose.
Now, I hold space for others to do what I was never allowed to do:
To grieve. To feel. To release. To remember who they are.
This isn’t just my work — it’s my prayer.
