ABOUT Theresa
Theresa Gutierrez is a teacher and healer rooted in shamanic traditions and spiritual sovereignty. She birthed and raised four children naturally and is now a grandmother, carrying forward the legacy of Indigenous wisdom to help revitalize health, soul purpose, and self-reliance — all in harmony with Nature and Helping Spirits.
Theresa founded 11th Hour Shaman to honor her great-grandmother’s Curandera lineage and her soul’s calling to help freedom-loving people heal themselves, their family lines, and their communities through universal earth-based practices.
With 28+ years in the healing arts, Theresa has guided hundreds of people to heal physical symptoms, uncover the roots of emotional pain, and reconnect with their soul purpose — recognizing that body and spirit are deeply intertwined.
She holds certifications in nutritional herbalism, Reiki (Master-Teacher), life coaching, and spiritual studies, and is also a licensed minister, seasoned reflexologist, and scientific hand analyst.
Theresa has taught Reiki and herbal certification programs for youth and adults, and she continues to offer personalized healing sessions that blend plant medicine, intuitive energy work, grief recovery tools, and shamanic support. Her own healing journey — including her recovery from PTSD through Helping Spirits and Dreamtime — deeply informs her work and sacred presence.
