• "Where there is sorrow, there is holy ground."

    -Oscar Wilde

    This cirlce is exclusively for women to support our sense of safety around some women's traumatic entry into grief work;

    we acknowldge the highly sensitive topics specific to women.

    That being said, nobody is required to tell their stories. Sometimes shedding tears is all we need as we're held and witnessed by a compassionate community of hearts that truly see you.

    ALL emotions are welcome. Grief is often messy, complicated and all tangled up with emotions that are not entirely grief. Part of healing involves self-expression and sacred sorting.

  • Why now?

    Why is it important to tend to our grief?

    The truth is, I've had SO many clients the last few months that have buried grief within their bodies for YEARS and now they're dealing with chronic health issues, some of which are life-threatening.

    It's my intention in partnering with Erica to support you, and other women, in moving through grief with compassionate, nurturing, effective practices.

    Not to get all sciencey on ya, but grief emits a frequency in your body as low as 75 (according to Omega research). Compare that to Love at 500, Joy at 540 and Peace at 600... with the understanding that health and healing begin at Love or above... you can clearly see why learning to digest your grief all the way through to The Other Side becomes an obvious priority.

    When grief gets frozen in the body, buried, choked down, or suppressed and bypassed in one way or antoher, it will inevitably lead to health issues.

    Don't get me wrong! It's ok and healthy to FEEL your grief with each wave, but it's unhealthy to stay enveloped by it long-term. Grief is not something we heal linearly, it's a winding road we walk from here on out, but it can be done with more peace, more grace, more joy and yes, an absolute delight in living your life again!

    We focus on utilizing somatic and spiritual tools such as breath, sound, movement, song and holistic remedies to navigate grief with compassion, grace and the support of community.
